To become a PFC Authorized Dealer, you will need:
- Completed and signed Sales and Use Certificate
- Valid Sales and Use Tax Permit showing a furniture-related business classification / NAICS code
- Valid state-issued photo ID
- Basic business and contact information
- Completed PFC Pre-Authorized Credit Card Use Form
Dealers who choose not to complete the PFC Pre-Authorized Credit Card Use Form must pay cash for all PFC purchases. There is no monthly minimum purchase requirement.
